These are the terms for using speechkitapp.com and buying a speech kit. SPEECH.KIT is a project of Liminal Foundry. By using the site or buying a kit, you agree to these terms.
A SPEECH.KIT is a one-time digital product. You answer a short intake about your relationship with the groom, your stories together, and your tone preferences. We use that to generate a speech kit: a full word-for-word speech, a cue card, a rehearsal-dinner toast, bonus lines, a practice plan, a day-of guide, and recovery scripts. With the audio add-on we also generate AI voice reads of the speech and toast. The kit is delivered as a private web page link by email, which you can also print or save as a PDF.
SPEECH.KIT is a creative-writing tool. The output is a starting point and a coach's notes — review it, adjust it to your voice, and read it aloud before delivering it. We do not warrant that any specific phrasing will land with any specific audience.
Don't buy a kit if you are under 18.
Your kit is only as good as the stories you provide. We use what you give us; we don't verify it. If you withhold something we couldn't use, we won't magically know.
Full refund within 72 hours of purchase, no questions asked. Just reply to the kit email and we'll process it inside a day. After 72 hours, refunds are at our discretion — email support@speechkitapp.com and we'll work it out.
We own the SPEECH.KIT site, the kit format, the brand, and the underlying code. Your specific kit is yours: read it, save it, print it, send it to your groomsmen, deliver it from the head table. It's your speech.
Don't scrape, mass-purchase, resell, or attack the site. Don't use SPEECH.KIT to harass anyone. Don't enter personal details about the bride or groom without their implicit consent (and yours — you're the one giving the speech).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the site or a kit is capped at what you paid. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages — including but not limited to a speech that doesn't land the way you hoped.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
